Changing data for your community association
To make a change in the data regarding your community association you need to apply for registration. The easiest way to do that is by using our e-service. In the e-service you can apply for registration of the following changes. The postal address of the association and contact information, information about the makeup of the board, the date for the latest community meeting and data about signatories.
Keep in mind that all board members and deputies need to be included. Also make sure that you have the Swedish personal identification numbers for all the members of the board and signatories before you begin you with your application.

Changing the name of the association
To make a name change of the association you need to send this to us by letter (not e-mail):
- A signed application form. Use the form Community association register, application for (in Swedish, pdf, new window)
- A certified copy of the protocol from the association meeting showing that the decision to change the name was made and that new statues were adopted.
- A certified copy of the updated statutes
Dissolving an association
To dissolve an association, you need to send us the following by post (not e-mail):
- A signed application form

- A certified copy of a distribution document if a distribution has been made.

When a fusion of one association to another has been made

For a fusion you need to send us the following by post (not e-mail):
- A signed application form regarding change of statutes for the association taking over

- A certified copy of the fusion contract
- A certified copy of the protocol from the association meeting from the association taking over showing that the decision to change their statutes was made
- A certified copy of the statutes
An existing association that and wants to add a new management object that is managed through part-owner management cannot apply for a fusion. In such cases a meeting needs to be held by the cadastral agency or the one the agency has appointed, and the association needs to apply for registration of changed statutes.
