Elevation Model Download
A service for direct access to and download of height data. The service meets the requirements of the EU directive Inspire. The product name in Swedish is Markhöjdmodell Nedladdning.
About this product
The product is based on height data from the National Elevation Model. When downloading area, resolution and coordinate system can be selected.
Depending on which client software is used, different possibilities are given for processing, for example:
- presentation of the elevation model with different colour schemes based on slope and height level
- calculation of slope gradients and volumes
- showing of height values for profiles, individual points, etc.
- draping of maps and pictures over the elevation model.
