Application for cancellation of a lost document

If the document is newer than ten years and has been submitted in a mortgage case during the past ten years, then you must use this application also in cases where the priority order matters. The application must be made by you who have lost the document. The application fee is 500 SEK and needs to be paid when you apply.

Before you fill out this form you should check if you can apply for cancellation of both the mortgage and the mortgage certificate / document instead.
